Raptors gonna win in 6. This ain’t the same series from 2015.. guys like FVV, CJ Miles, Ibaka, Siakam and OG are gonna torch the Wizards. Not to mention the fact that Gortat regressed to replacement level while JV has improved. Too much of a talent disparity even if Beal/Wall/Otto significantly outperform DeRozan and Lowry.
Nightmare scenario for my Raps. not confident at all. Derozen is so cringe worthy to watch. I hate watching him and as long as he is on the team, his selfish chucking boneheaded self will keep costing us. Hopefully Lowry plays well this year and carries more of a load and takes the ball out of Demars hands at the end of games. Dont need to see him bricking long twos all the time.
Having said all that, think wiz take this in 6. Maybe Raps in 7 but itll be such a struggle 7. If they do make it to 2nd round, then

I'd feel a little better about the Wiz's chances in this series if they weren't limping into it. No momentum whatsoever, losing what is it, 13-14 out of 20? I know the playoffs are a "new season" and all but that stuff can carry over.
Pressure's all on the Raps, though, so we'll see if that works against them.

Raptors should dispose of the Wiz in 4, but on talent this series should play to 7. Probably the best backcourt matchup in the playoffs with Lowry/Derozan vs. Wall/Beal

Wouldnt be surprised is the wizards figure out how to sweep the raptors....
If it was John Wall or BRad Beal id take it serious,its a guy who wont play a single minute of the series
Raptors now have to win each game by 30 because Jason Smith is relieved ?
Even if they win in a sweep they wont get credit,itll be said the Wizards were injured or werent very good...Raps wont get the respect they deserve regardless...its just funny to listen to all the BS narratives of what the Raptors need to do in order to dispell the slanted takes people have...
