i feel you. but if ima a GM im trading wall or beal that will bring in multiple decent players. maybe trade gortat too.
but this could all be fixed with better coaching tho.

Coaching and a management change would be the only step forward.
A new GM doesn't even have to trade Wall, Beal and Otto... though with Otto he can opt out in 2 years but I can't imagine he'd give up that money. Otto and Beal are entering those prime years and trading one probably means you'll see their best in another city in a #SoWizards fashion. I say fukk that. I'd rather get new management and have them revamp the trash and net negatives...
The issue is the surrounding cast. Oubre needs to get his IQ up and be consistent, Satoransky needs to be aggressive but those are the only 2 rotation players we have who are 26 and under...
This is where you need to utilize the draft and take changes on guys who may be undrafted or can be had for cheap. The G League hasn't been used though they have that Robinson kid who played well but Brooks didn't play him till the last game. Having an affiliate next season will be a good thing regardless if the worst GM in the NBA is still there.
Imagine if the Wiz only had $100M in committed salary with no Meeks, Smith and Mahinmi
We'd have only the MLE and veteran minimum but nothing crippling.

Yep, I am a Caps fan and driving from T.O. for the playoffs against the Rangers (1st row aisles) + Hotel + Rental + Gas was cheaper than Leafs/Capitals regular season game @ the ACC that same year, LOL. Crazy.Its cheaper to fly down and buy a ticket than getting a ticket in Toronto

A lot of issues would be resolved if Otto played PF most of the time. His defense off the ball is much superior to Morris. He is also a better rebounder.
