I don't have a problem with black people damcing. I was watching some vintage footage of Samny davis tap dancing. Was wondering if this style of dancing was going to die out. We aren't passing on our cultural heritage. We need to hold on to and cultivate our cultural expressions. Our brain trust.

Not sure what this faux outage is about. If those girls were doing Ballet would there be such much anger? If they were doing the flamingo? Seems to me that because their doing urban socalled ghetto dancing we need to be ashamed of it. I'm not. So long as it is age appropriate. Besides every school curriculum needs physical education.

We need to start codifiying our creations. Black schools should teach rapping and dancing as part of history culture and heritage. Our jazz music too. Our rock music too. Our slang, the language we create needs to be preserved for our children's children. We created all that.

We also needs to learn maths sciences and all that but we shouldnt ignore our arts and culture.


Because NONE of us would be saying shyt if MIT was teaching rap and hip hop in their linguistics department.
