Honestly....a lot of black folks can't think outside the box. Also Tariq complained years ago about black filmers not doing business right when he hired them. He was telling them to step up their professionalism and not just think because they're "black" that it's enough to get by with other blacks.
Hell even recently he was complaining about how he hired actors and the blk ones were late compared to the white/asians
