You can criticize the fact that Black political action hasn't evolved past merely voting. That would be a valid criticism, but you're making a different argument.
The insanity isn't voting, the insanity is not evolving past that stage and not understanding the full picture of how politics work.
When I look at the full picture of how politics work, I barely even see black people in it tbh

No. You're confused.

I'm not asking about the electoral college overcoming the popular vote.

You mentioned ELECTORS NOT VOTING THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE, thats something different. Faithless elector - Wikipedia
There were faithless electors in all 3 different elections that you were talking about

In the 2000 and 2016 elections, the candidate who won the popular vote did not become president

If that can happen so frequently, its only logical to deduce that the popular vote is nowhere near as relevant as yall believe

And if it was, you wouldn't be forced to choose between 2 preselected candidates

I dont think theres any implicit harm in voting

Theres implicit harm in allowing your vote to be taken for granted

A vote is short for "vote of confidence"

If I don't have confidence in any candidate, what am I voting for?
So your plan is to sit back and do nothing? You believe by not voting somehow whites are gonna give in to us and give us what we want? Or some candidate is gonna come along and pass laws specifically to help us (13% of the pop).

I'm not sure but is there any laws that help out only a specific group of ppl?

Bc I remember Obama gave black farmers 1.5 billion in funding. Does that not count as something specifically done for Black ppl?

If I'm calling him an idiot, then that's a question you shouldn't have to ask.

:why:
You're dancing.
If you do believe you're smarter, based off what?
What makes you smarter than Tariq is,if you believe he's an idiot and believe you're smarter?

Can you provide proof of this funding?

My plan is to mind my business and do me because I choose not to feed into a system that is literally rotten to its core and unsalvageable

And by that I mean that the system itself is working exactly how it was planned to since the very first central bank came into existence

You cannot "change the system from the inside" because you cannot get inside the system until you agree to be bought by said system

Case in point: every civil rights leader from the 60s that currently still exists in the political sphere

How is that helping us a collective group? nikkas gonna see you doing you and want to follow your lead? :why: what kind of solution is that?

And if I did provide proof about the funding then what? It still wont be good enough for you and you will find something else to justify these fake talking points

Nah don't deflect

Stand by your words and post proof of what you said. Cuz I got some proof that'll go the other way :francis:

And it seems like your issue is that you don't want to acknowledge that something is a problem unless you already know what the solution is

The error in that way of thinking is that before one can achieve a solution, one has to PINPOINT and ACKNOWLEDGE the problem :francis:

1A log of wood is smarter than Tariq. The same man that couldn't even hold his own in a debate against an idiot like tucker carlson and constantly backs himself into a corner in debates.

2An intelligent person, for example, would know that there's absolutely no way any race (black, white, latino whatever) can rise and succeed without the goverment's support/approval as control and distribution of resources and creation of opportunities all come from the top.

3The longterm goal should be to get as many pro black politicians elected and to pull black people's money together to politically back politicians financially and build our lobbyist game up.

4Money is power, politicians are controlled by their big donors, so if you want them to create policies that directly benefits black people, what do you do? you mobilise black people to financially back/bribe (whatever you want to call it) politicians with clear and well defined policies in mind.

encouraging people not to vote accomplishes nothing.
1.LOL what was Tariq cornered on?
2.So when the government is against you,and even government officials you've voted into the highest office, disregard you,you should keep championing them?

3.Who are these Problack politicians you're speaking of?

4.Tariq has talked about this before. Since he's dumber than a log,to you, what will a smarter person like yourself do to jump this off?

Not participating is a solution

You just don't like that solution

Obama promised to give HBCUs money that they still haven't seen yet

They're actually losing money right now. They're actually the only demographic of education institutions that HAVE NOT made money from obama's legislation

But yeah, feel free to show me where these farmers actually received this money thanks
