This debate seems like some fat chick skinny chick shyt. Using Coli logic most people ain't racist either because they definitely don't got no fukking power. That's where I can't agree because if having power is the key to racism most people period can't be racist because most people don't have no fukking power. That's why they crying on them white sites. Every single white person doesn't have to hold the power to keep this system in place. The most obvious example of this is slavery. Most whites didn't own slaves because they were poor. But they fought, and died in the Civil War to preserve that institution. In present times most whites don't have the power to subjugate blacks individually, but collectively they use their power, money, resources, and influence to pass laws that ensure blacks are treated unfairly. Here's a recent report that shows as early as pre school, blacks kids are more likely to face suspension and expulsion.
