The Tariq Nasheed worship here is some of the most bizarre, inexplicable, depressing shyt I've seen on this site. I can't understand how anybody can take that clown seriously. Jermaine Shoemake too. I thought people had enough street smarts to spot a hustling conman. He doesn't get talked about in HL much at least. Every other day those kids in TLR are posting some silly video from his basement gushing about how he "ethered" someone.

i fuks with tariq nasheed

I think him, jason black, neely fuller and boyce watkins represent the direction black people need to go

you are still stuck on liberal politics thats why you dont get it

People like him still don't understand that even if dudes like Nasheed are somewhat historically inaccurate, what they're doing is no different than what the white man has been doing for hundreds of years. That is, forming a common consensus of historical events amongst his people for their spiritual and emotional benefit.

Once you understand just how important that is, you HAVE TO attempt to change it.

:what: I cant believe tariq actually has fans in HL...His only true area of expertise was helping awkward young men get their dikks wet

His social commentary is mostly race baiting which can be summed up as "its all white supremacy's fault",His Black activism is dubious given that he has the tendency to call other negros "crispy" and its quite possible his pimp lessons created some single mom homes because he never taught his impressionable crowd to take care of the kids they got from the hoes they were running "game" on...thats your hero?
hidden colors was a mishmash of half truths and fantasy but just enough truth for book allergic negros to say :ohhh: that must be true.....bruh its not that hidden..you just need a library card and open one of those rectangular things with pages full of words.

I admit decent arguments can be made for not voting for either Queen Hillary or Trump but not choosing your local and city reps just doesn't make sense..those are the people who will decide how much tax you pay, where your kid goes to school, how the potholes outside will get fixed and so on...a direct impact on your life

:ufdup:if you listen to this charlatan .

i use to think like that about tariq, but i changed my mind, tariq got all that white supremacy stuff lingo from neely fuller Victor of RWS

and neely fuller makes a lot of sense to me

its actually interesting how these different schools of thought are appearing, for the past 30 years black people have been following this civil rights theory about integration nowadays you have the BLM who are the continuation of the civil rights movements, the black feminism/intersectionalism movement, the hoteps and the (im not sure what to call it, but i would describe it as economic empowerment movement) by tariq, jason black, claude anderson and boyce watkins

im down with the economic empowerment movement, i think economics/capitalsim is the #1 thing that black people need to focus on, to be honest i listen to these guys (the economic empowerment guys) every day in some form

:yeshrug:Im not that familiar with Boyce watkins platform or the others..all ive seen from them is a handful of videos and a smattering of articles so i cannot make an informed judgement...ill look into their work when i get a chance

But i am familiar with Tariqs work and most of his economic empowerment is vague generalities and common sense and it usually ignores real world cultural influences and incentives...

here is an interesting video i saw the other day

:wow:

That video is retarded, it's not a secret that he hired white people to complete the doc, he made a whole show talking about his beef with an Italian or polish guy that was editing hc4 and how he had to start from scratch

I'm not understanding what the video is suppose to expose, it's not even dealing with the info in the doc itself

In a system of white supremacy and brainwashing black economic empowerment is not common sense, it's something that has to be cultivated very carefully

What Tariq, Jason black, and Boyce Watkins are saying goes completely against current black mainstream and it borders on right wing libertarianism

The basically oppose civil rights, integration and mainstream politics, they push owning guns and owning property and suggest buying politicians is more important than voting

They push this idea that If you don't own anything like your home or a business, you ain't shyt and you aren't really black and are a sellout/c00n

Boyce Watkins says it in a nice way, Jason black is very harsh, Tariq is actually in the middle, Neely fuller and Claude Anderson are the god fathers

it's only happened twice that a president lost the popular vote and won the electoral college... . voting does matter... i agree with tariq that it needs to be strategic... but using your example, if the republicans won california by 1 vote thus winning the electoral college, the majority of republican voters in california made the difference.. .therefore voting did matter in that instance... however, there is a reason why republicans are not relying on a strategy of barely winning california to win the presidential election.... my point against tariq was not so much whether the electoral college matters or not, it's that the vast majority of the time whoever wins the state's popular vote normally gets the electoral votes.... voting matters!

:wow:post that predicted the outcome

Trump is better than Clinton. But you know that I don't do the lesser of two evils thing. THAT'S ALWAYS BEEN YOUR THING.

I'd rather vote for someone who I know would crash this country fast and hard as to have an opportunity for the people to pick up the pieces than do that.
