Yall are retarded. Tariq didn't make up the number or the criteria. Professor Sandy Darity has been promoting this criteria for roughly 15 years. Darity and other economists have estimated real Reparations needs to be between 13 trillion and 20 trillion dollars, over a period of decades (not in one fiscal year!).
