Bidets have been around for over 300 years. They're used worldwide and are more hygienic than just toilet paper. Why haven't they made it to the US?

While the video states the bidet originated in France and spread from there, South Asia, the Middle East, and nearby regions had been instilling a similar practice with items like lotas and shattafat as cleansing methods for centuries before that. Insider regrets the error.

Seen this one joint in Tokyo that had an electronic menu with an assortment of options to choose from. You can choose from male/female options, with each having different pressure, and location where the water is squirted (number one or two).
Thing had a heated seat, and you toggle through the levels of warmth

Whole thing was in Japanese so I'm pressing random buttons on that thing and my face cycling through and then when you hit the right level for the heated seats and the ass washer.

Oh, and that thing had an electronic seat cover lifter that's synced with the door opening

That's a life goal having one of those joints in my home.

Honestly when I get my money up I want one of these in my bathroom lol. Easily the best cleaning option with flushable wipes arguably coming in second.

TBH I don’t know why office bathrooms still insist on using that awful industrial toilet paper. Stuff is legit uncomfortable, at least invest in some Charmin

I’ve conditioned myself to eating a big breakfast so that I use the bathroom before my morning shower and to eating a big dinner so that I use it again before I shower prior to going to bed...and I’ll eat a light lunch...the handful of times I’ve had to shyt @ the job I just didn’t feel right afterward...it was definitely mental (OCD)...and yes I have a problem w/ bytches who shyt and wipe and jump right into bed

agreed...you’re still gonna have to wipe @ some point whether you wipe before and use the bidet for cleanup...or you use the bidet first then wipe to dry off which sounds even messier
