Looking back at it, heads are crash dummies to a system that dikks them financially, or makes up some bullshyt excuse to let them go.All of them years of raising my eyebrow at IT brehs being stingy with the knowledge....now I understand...
Recording layoffs started with this debacle during the height of WFH. This company laid off like 9K employees at once. And now everyone just records layoffs to build engagement and make money off views.
