I've been doing that LLLT for about 2 weeks now, too soon to tell anything though. It's best to be highly conservative. However, his point about a healthy diet = a healthy brain is spot on. If you follow his diet you'll eventually detox and thus lead to improvement inevitably.
Resistant starch diet is practically the stating point.
