Why is a shotgun pointed directly at her face to begin with, right at the time it supposedly "accidentally discharged"? Any explanation for that? Is this prick claiming self defense or an accident?

The b*stard and his lawyers cant seem to get their story straight. When talking with detectives he said his "gun discharged", but his lawyer is painting it as self-defense "he had never been this scared in his life, ever".

Does this look like it just discharges and shoots someone in the head while not damaging anybody/anything else? Do you walk to your front door to confront an intruder not knowing if your weapon is loaded?
I'm sure the prosecution has a forensic analyst on deck that will put all this accidentally discharged crap to rest

Their defense should simply be: "ladies and gentlemen of the jury, white men make the rules of society and are therefore valued members of it...blacks are expendable and worthless, so therefore you know what your decision should be. Not guilty...we don't send white men to prison for killing them"

Better they learn from the mistakes of Zimmerman prosecutors and not try to "overcharge". Cacs don't get convicted of murder when blacks are the victims.
It's possible if your nervous even a light squeeze of the trigger can set it off, and that is what shotguns were especially designed for, maximum amount of damage with out needing much accuracy, am surprised the defense hasn't tried to argue that the gun malfunctioned but yea your right it should have caused damage around there and if he wasn't holding it firmly like they claim he should at least have a bruised shoulder

They're just throwing everything out there hoping that it sticks. The sad thing is that I wouldn't be surprised if the jury bought some of his bullshyt.
They're going to try to go with the Trayvon story of "she was under the influence of something and was up to no good and she brought it on herself".
I dismissed the case a long time ago. Writing was on the wall from day one that the justus system would fail this girl and her family.
If I'm not mistaken, this dikkhead shot her and didn't even report it for an hour or two. He admitted to the police that she was indeed asking for help, and the local PD were never very thorough with the evidence. They've done everything they could to give him a leg up in this trial.
Doesn't surprise me that the black victim is on trial. Doesn't surprise me that he's waffled on his story. And it won't surprise me when he walks.

Nah you're right. I either misremembered or got his story mixed up with someone else's. There's been so many similar cases lately.
