And I bet this dumbass would have called himself a "responsible gun owner".
I dont buy the "I didnt know there was a round in there" for one second, in fact he probably loaded the damn thing before going to the door. Now i'm not a gun connoisseur so maybe someone else can answer this, scale of 1-10 how likely is it a powerful weapon like a mossberg 500 just so happens to discharge, just so happening to shoot someone in the head, without doing any damage to yourself or any other nearby objects from the kick back? Am I reading this wrong or does this sound ridiculous?

Wafer, huh?![]()
I straight saw what you did there nikka
look at the defense ya'll

Came here to post this bullshyt
At least the judge has some sense
Thank You....don't understand how you can accidentally discharge a shotgun that you aim at a person's fukking head...really interested in hearing/seeing what hat trick the defense will use to "explain" this. Why is a shotgun pointed directly at her face to begin with, right at the time it supposedly "accidentally discharged"? Any explanation for that? Is this prick claiming self defense or an accident?
The b*stard and his lawyers cant seem to get their story straight. When talking with detectives he said his "gun discharged", but his lawyer is painting it as self-defense "he had never been this scared in his life, ever".
Look at this

Does this look like it just discharges and shoots someone in the head while not damaging anybody/anything else? Do you walk to your front door to confront an intruder not knowing if your weapon is loaded?
