I'm glad this man was ok. It reminded of that scene in the '91 comedy film "The Super", where this slum landlord was sentenced to live in one of his own buildings until it was brought up to code. On one evening, he fell through the ceiling of his apartment, and landed on the dinning room table of a family having dinner. That was one funny movie.
