Sign Lowry, with Ross, Val and Demar they are pretty legit. they need an upgrade at the 4 though. Amir is nice, and PP is good but IF they can get an upgrade I'd be happy with that.
Ross has been continuously getting better on both sides of the ball, his defence and offence are both improving.
Lowry is a true leader, we need to keep this dude to run this team
Val has had ups and downs, needs to work on consistency. But when he's on he looks good, when he's off he's just invisible out there.
I'd like to see him be more aggressive, and he NEEDS to start taking that jump shot. No one is biting on that pump fake anymore cuz he ain't shooting.(he took it yesterday though and got the and 1 on it...finally, but I'd like to see more of it to keep the defence guessing)
and Demar.....Dude has gotten better every year in the league. His offence is becoming more well rounded, and his jump shot is falling more regularly. his defence has also improved quite a bit. he gets a lot of hate but I don't get it.
for what he does he has a great contract too.
AND all these dudes are still young. but they are buying in to the teams defence and have been locking teams down. they have been one of the best 4th quarter teams in the league all year. this is the foundation they need to build for the playoffs.
as for being clutch?? Demar has been playing great in the 4th. you miss some, you hit some. Kobe...Jordan..,etc(not saying Demar is on their level) have all missed tons of game winners.
I would like to see them change it up a bit. use demar as a decoy sometimes, let him pass it out to ross or lowry. but you HAVE to go to Demar. he's the dude that you have to rely on.
I think we have all acknowledged that they will be making the playoffs this year. what they need to continue to do now is build on that and play playoffs type basketball right until the end.
