3) 4 teams in the East(Milwaukee, Orlando, Philly and Boston) are deliberately tanking. - And they ain't doing shyt next year either, not all of them will get a top 3 pick. plus thy gonna rebuild and not win next year or the year after anyway
If I was the GM, Lowry would have been gone. Derozan would have been gone. A full rebuild. Unless you think a player like Derozan who has no moves(which is why he gets shut down everytime they go iso with him in the clutch) can carry this team.
Raptors needed an Embiid, Wiggins, Parker or Exum type player.

do you honestly think that Masai didn't try to make a move? no one was giving up much for Lowry right now.
Why trade Demar? he's on a good contract and is putting up solid numbers. he is a go to guy. But he needs guys around him that can help him. and Ross is coming along to be that guy. Even Lowry can hit that shot
