With the exception of Young, McCoy, Texas has BEEN overrated for nearly a decade. Jamal Charles might be the only non-O line offensive player even in the league.
And outside of Brian Orakpo and Earl Thomas, who else can you name from Texas that has done anything in the NFL? Derrick Johnson, maybe
Considering the talent they've gotten over the past 10-12 years, that says alot.
I dont think this low recruiting class means anything at all, though. They oversigned last year and of course A&M is the hot new kid on the block right now.
The entire B12 didnt get any higher than
#15 ranked class and that was OU

Not to sound like a Texas apologist but they put a lot of players in the league and have a title in the last decade. Should they have achieved more than they have so far? Absolutely. Still they have done pretty well for themselves recently. Being a sooner I understand shytting on them does come natural for you though so I get where you're coming from.
Edit: didn't know the list was going to come out like that, my bad.
