There are signs but from what I read it's similar to passing out. When you feel the chest pains it's too late. The warning signs are there before hand like sweating, lightheaded, arm or back pain but those don't feel like an incoming heart attack so people don't know. If you're aware of the symptoms you can try to chew an aspirin when you feel it and it might save you.

not a heart atk but i saw my dad having a stroke about month ago shyt was all good then one second he had no balance an was stumbling all over the place with the right side of his face looking like it was about to fall off his shyt was crazy thankfully he made a full recovery
