I'm not an expert but if I'm not mistaken it depends on the degree of enlargement. I'm pretty sure it's low-impact only. No weights, I do know that.

One of my best friends passed away from a heart attack in early January of 2017. She was only 29. A blood clot went from her leg to her lung and then into her heart which took her life. Apparently she hit the ground and less than 10 minutes later she was gone. It's crazy, because I had just seen her the night before (on a snowy and cold Sunday) and told her I'd see her on Monday. If I had known that would be the last time I saw her, I would've said more. 2017 was a shyt year.

I had to ask that cause that didn’t look like a heart attack to me. That looked like one of those blood clot fall to ground type things

There are signs but from what I read it's similar to passing out. When you feel the chest pains it's too late. The warning signs are there before hand like sweating, lightheaded, arm or back pain but those don't feel like an incoming heart attack so people don't know. If you're aware of the symptoms you can try to chew an aspirin when you feel it and it might save you.

And with women the symptoms are different as well, and as usually milder.
