The thing is that this team does nothing well on offense, and that extends to joe too. They can't sustain drives, joe doesn't have much command at the line of scrimmage (we get a lot of delay of game penalties and false starts), he misses open guys all the time, races to his check down guy way too soon, overthrows on deep passes and underthrows on mid range passes all the time. He rarely extends plays with his legs, struggles with his progressions at times, and the team rarely tries play action passes so it's hard to even say at this point if he's good at it anymore. At this point he is what he is. He's at best an average quarterback. He's not going to elevate the play of the offense. If the rest of the team is bad, he's gonna look like one of the scrubs we used to trot out before drafting him.

agreed it's time for new leadership from top to bottom one thing people can't say the 2 main factors why the ravens are constantly losing close games are harbaugh and flacco

Cam, dalton, teddy, luck, and Carr. They're all better. The rest of that list is a disaster (I'll give Griffin a pass for how his team and staff got him hurt and then sabotaged him seemingly intentionally afterwards)

Look at his playoff numbers from 2008-2011 and in 2014 as well. 2012 was his one fluke run. To win one you'll need a great defense and a great running game too. We have neither of those anymore.

We just need new coaches and more talent
Flacco will improve when we give him a line again
Stanley and Yanda are good but we need 3 new starters at the other positions
I don't know who are the top online free agents this offseason but we need to go after them
Build the line through free agency and the defense and WRs in the draft
I think Eric Berry a free agent
Sign him and 2 olineman
Then draft a CB in round 1 pass rusher in the 2nd and WR & oline in the 3rd
Fire Harbaugh and find a good college coach with a good offensive system...i don't want any of the shytty coaches in the nfl that keep getting rehired

I read if we got rid of Flacco after next season it's a 28 mill cap hit(its 24 if we keep him)
That's only a 4 mill difference
That's good news because I thought we were stuck with him at least 2 or 3 more seasons but it might only be 1
I think we should trade him after next season
If Sam Bradford can command a 1st round pick we should be able to get one for Flacco too
Probably could get more than a 1st if we find a team desperate enough
