I like Yelich, but feels at first blush that we gave up a lot for him. He is cheap and under control for awhile though, so to be expected I guess. Also, him coming to Miller Park can't help but boost his offensive numbers.

We need to be in on harper next year.

Adding Harper would be insane. Boras is almost certainly going to ask for 500 million.

But a lot hinges on how the team plays this year because some guys could be moved. Gleyber will start in the minors to delay his service time but he’s going to be given the chance to play 3rd this year. Nobody knows how effective Severino is going to be because he’s still just a 2 pitch pitcher and he’s honestly not far from being a reliever. Tanaka needs to remain healthy. And Gray needs to miss a few more bats because even as a ground ball pitcher, he can’t live off that alone. The Yankees have promising young pitchers in the minors but you’re right - Cashman will look to add another starter...probably 2 before June.

Fixed. I wouldn't be surprised to see both of them traded at some point. I love the thought of a Braun/Cain/Yelich outfield.

Yelich is a great player. Now I feel like Brewers gotta go all out for Darvish. Between them, the Cardinals and the Cubs, its gonna be tough to win that division.

It might get pretty ugly for the pirates this year
