Why does Cashman wanna operate everything like an all-star game?

History shows it’s worth going all in and giving up a top prospect for it a big player.

There always a huge bust element with most prospects and even if they pan out if the guy you acquired helps you win a title it was worth it.

Some of these gm’s are way too attatched to prospects.

The Indians in their last 31 games have played Kansas City 13 times, Detroit 7 times, Baltimore 3 times, Toronto 3 times. Thats 26 of 31 against the four worst AL teams. They also mixed in an inter league series Reds. The only series they had in that 31 games against a team above .500 was the one they lost...against the Twins. Meanwhile, during that stretch the Twins played the Yankees, 2 series vs the As, Texas, and Tampa Bay.

...but yeah...what a raw deal for the Indians.
