Hold G's, Guns, and Grams...
They extended WFH until October in my office. They’ll probably extended it even more if the #s are up again in the fall.
Yep. Turned down a consultancy because they said it’s a “hybrid” work place with more data in the cityRemote work is here to stay.....these compsnies better get with the program.....nobody wants to deal with commuting and bad co workers when i can get the same stuff done at home.

.I said it before, if my company starts pushing the office I'm leaving unless they give me some insane increase in yearly monetary salary - that'll be higher than whoever I recently get a job offer from.
Idiots losing all their top talent, to their competitors.
Best option: have your desks and workspaces at your office be first-come, first-serve. If you want to come in that day then fine, but if not then fine.
I'm not going in though.
My favorite subject. I'm responsible for putting together guidelines of how to motivate people to go back to the office and basically I've come to the conclusion that there is no amount of culture, free food, perks, to convince people to go back. If people want to go, then go.
A lot of management feel that going back to the office is beneficial since they can build culture, whatever that means, and that entry level folks can train faster and get answers quicker. I do agree with the entry level part but that's not reason enough to go back. It's basically a company either mandate it and risk people leaving or just leave it to be flexible.
That is how my company is now. For those of us who are fully remote we can come in but it is a hotel setup: No assigned cubes, just first come first serve.
