Minnesota has always been terrible, Miami was mediocre as best until 1995-96, Charlotte was only good from 1992-93 until 1994-95, Orlando was bad until 1992-93, the Grizzlies were so bad that 6 years into their existence they were moving to Memphis, and the raptors have won just a single playoff series ever, and only now had their first 50 win season as a franchise.

Heat made the playoffs in 92,94 and 96 and they beat the 72-10 bulls,The magic went to the finals in 95 and made the playoffs every year from 93-97 and they beat the 72-10 bulls,the hornets made the playoffs in 93,95 and missed the 96 playoffs by 1 game and they beat the 72-10 bulls.The 1st year raptors beat the bulls and almost beat them twice.So 4 of the bulls 10 L's in 95-96 were from expansion teams but bu but expansion
