5'9 and back down to around 209 after blowing up the last few months. A long way to go.............

The struggle is real:mjcry: I must battle my food compulsion day in and day out to not slip into the abyss. Holidays, work lunches, weddings, parties & other unplanned events always mess up my stability. Just one unplanned indulgence can fukk me up for extended periods of time. I've been on a serious comeback since the Super Bowl though. I feel like I'm starting to enter the zone right now. Gotta take the wife out to dinner this weekend though:francis:. I don't handle these situations well at all.

My only saving grace is that I will not miss a day at the gym under any circumstance. And I tend to punish myself on the treadmill for my eating indiscretions. I'm getting too old for this shyt:mjcry:

Light day today. Worked out with one of the brehs trying to get started with lifting and then went to the gym to do some lower Body mantinence.
