Most cats in the gym aren't brolic ....the average gym goer with a good diet who is in shape (does cardio) look like those guys........most of the Black guys at my gym look like those cats...just a tad bigger because of the food/lifestyle we have today.....most guys aren't trying to get swole like CT Fletcher...just want to have good muscle mass and abs

When you look at west african food the meat is always small chunks that probably result in less than 6 oz of meat a day for the avg meal. In the states people literally eating steaks every day and stuff.

West Africans at leaat have a higj carb diet due to their active lives mean while europeans have a low carb high protein diet and black people in America tend to follow similar diets.

In America id say people in new orleans and south carolina probably eat the closest to how their ancestors did.

You need to eat like your ancestors. But also compensate for the fact you don't have to go into the field to farm yam, herd cattle or fish.
