Some grains are good or are a must if you don't eat meat.

Quinoa? That's healthy as hell.
Grains turn to sugar body. Many tribal africans like the ones shown the pictures dont eat grains. The Dinka people for example lean, tall, good looking and follow a strict "primitive" date. (No grains or sugar) just lots of fatty meats and some veggies.

Many people eat red meat every day.

I try to limit red meat to 2-3 times a month. In the future i may limit meat intake to days i lift weights only.
Now that I'm thinking about it I also usually only eat beef like 2-3 times a month, goat maybe 1-2 a month

I've been cutting down on rice (I love rice) and eating more Fruits but I ve been eating a lot of fast food :mjcry:

Actually I just did I quick Google search, apparently quinoa is a seed. My b for misinformation.
