Lol @ enough meat. Even as a dairy Farmer you don't eat meat every day brehs. Even with a chicken coup you don't eat chicken all day. I kept a farm. The problem with human beings is we have normalized what used to be food for feasts as daily meals. Our meat portions we eat are unreal and only supported by mass farming of animals. It always bugs me our especially when I eat a plate of chicken wings at how many dead birds I'm holding on one plate. I would have to kill my whole flock as a farmer to have a decent plate of wings. All this shyt is about convenience and supported by big industry. We don't have our own best interests at heart. That steak on your plate used to go around as meat for a more than one person. We would have corn, beans, greens etc to make the meal more filling.

Walking and living an active lifestyle too. Most people think going to the gym is fitness when they don't even meet their average daily activity requirements.

My body type is still lean fit muscle and I don't over indulge in food and even when I do my metabolism is great but I never grew up eating a lot of meat and have cut down even more over the years. Sugar too. Avoid that shyt. I walk a lot too. Best therapy for a cloudy mind.
I definitely believe what you wrote... however at the same time ppl in developed countries are living longer and are more healthier. I think a good comparison is the athletes of today to those in the past. Guys are bigger, stronger and faster than before. each generation is producing men and women who are unbelievable physical specimens (like lebron). Sooooo... Idk

1. They did most if not all of their traveling on foot.
2. They had to hunt for food.
3. They spent all day performing hard labor to survive along with training for warfare. Even women and children worked and trained.
4. Better air, soil and water. Werent any agents in shyt that lowered testosterone.
5. Long story short, every day was literally a high calorie workout, and people ate to survive. Of course everyones gonna be lean.

Many didn't hunt for food. Vast majority of Africans grew crops or kept domesticated animals

so basically food that would be reserved for celebrations and feasts back then are eaten every day and are the reason modern civilization has cavities and deformed teeth.

To solve this we must go back to Africa take off all our clothes and run around the jungle killing shyt, even though nikkas are killing each other right now in these streets. Seems like that's the only thing that hasn't changed
:scust: So much ignorance about pre colonial Africa

There was no artificial foods they didn't sit all day. Life consisted of physical activity to survive no cars so walking every where was common.

They were forced to have a clean paleo diet cuz that's all they had

Now it takes tremendous discipline to live a similar lifestyle and adhere to a similar diet

Most Africans ate carb rich foods made out of millet, yam, cassava, teff, wheat etc. So not paleo

The difference is that they used all the carbs they ate in a day.

Those are clean carbs ....carbs are fine in Paleo as long as they are from natural real food

We need carbs especially if your involved in a lot of physical activity any one that says other wise is going to burn out and go through life with low energy

We actually peaked in terms of life gains that were being made with advancements of the last century. If you look at the trends now the life expectancy is actually declining.
Life Expectancy In U.S. Drops For First Time In Decades, Report Finds

Add to that the popularization and influx of trash diets to the developing world via gmo seeds and trash food chains and it's everywhere now. Cancer which I never heard of growing up is apparently getting common in Africa etc...

We are destroying out geneology and natural food supplies for profits and convenience.

I think that's just how you naturally looking being fairly active everyday.
Real shyt, I end up walking about an hour and a half or so everyday with a 25lb book bag, plus trips to the gym a few times a week and whatever team sport is popping on campus at the time and my body looks like the dudes in the first pic.
Same for my siblings :yeshrug:
