The attention to detail of Japanese people is crazy. Look at how they clean trains and subways

They raised the price on the mta to $2.90 last week. I’ve taken 6 different trains in the matter of 2 weeks. 2 had no AC, 4 were delayed and 3 had mentally I’ll homeless yelling while cops posted up at the station entrance

NYC subway system is extremely practical.

....I avoid it as much as possible though.:manny:

:picard: Now I see why I'm not allowed.

The World, but from BK
London and Germany just negged your post.
I go to London every year for work and a single ride cost more than NYC ($2.90) and you pay more based on the zones you are travelling between out there and its still not 24/7.

Just read up on Germany and their trains don't run 24/7.

NYC got this. It is what it it is.

Old York
Keeping it a buck. I honestly think more new yorkers should appreciate and respect their transportation system. It may be far from perfect but compared to other cities and areas, its great. Try traveling around in new jersey or connecticut on public transpo. shyt is like day and night. If anything, i think the mta needs to start thinking about expanding to northern new jersey. That interborough express nonsense is a waste of money.

What i wanna know is why the us has no high speed rail? And

maan ive been going out to Boston the past couple of years....their "T" system is trash :dead:

you right.

To me, boston subway was decent. Only issue i had with it is how confusing that boston lays their shyt out being from out of town. It was a headache even using the smart phone for help. Nyc doesnt get its respect in terms of it being easy to find whereever and the subway covers enough ground. Boston is on some north means south and west is south with its subways ans geography. Theyre on some too smart that its just dumb up there.

I remember being lost for an hour at the goverment center looking for the right train stop. Never again

Japan in general is just a clean country. Their airport bathrooms are immaculate when I went. You got a culture of cleanliness. Hell you even see shohei ohtani picking up trash on the baseball field despite being the best player in the world.
By this you mean "picking up the slack for his trash teammates"

They fw us (brehs) out there? Not the women, just in general.
Idk if they fw us but you wouldn’t have no worries. Japanese people are quiet, reserved people who just go to work and go home
I had no issues. Everyone I interacted with in every modality was nice.

In Japanese the word for “Job” translates more like “duty” (that’s what was explained to me by my taxi driver :whoa:) so people take their occupations more seriously and are happier to do them. I couldn’t tip the drivers or restaurant people (or anyone really :mjlol:) they all thought it was me overpaying on accident
Japanese people are hard workers but they definitely aint happy to do they jobs. Them folks are stressed and overworked

I've been to Tokyo.
Loved it.

And one of the first things I noticed was how clean it was considering how large the city is.
You have to look pretty hard to find a grimy place in Tokyo.
Personally, I didn't see any trash anywhere.
