Where The Grass Is Blue
Walking is underrated exercise. My grandparents used to walk together for a couple of miles every day and my grandfather stayed mobile until he unfortunately broke his hip at 89 and my grandmother is almost 100 and we just had to put her in a wheelchair full time last year.
Walking and bike riding can extend a person's mobility greatly in their later years, that's why I pretty much walk or bike everywhere now.

I don’t do hard labor and have a nice paying job where I sit 8 hours a day :mjpls:

4000-5000 steps seems about right for most ppl bc America is a very sedentary place outside of a few niche environments. I have to go out my way to make sure I get 10k plus steps

Ngl if i dont purposely go for a walk or hit the treadmill im right above that 4000 mark. However when i do get my steps in im at the 10k to 13k range. If i gotta cut the grass its an easy 17k
