Walking and bike riding can extend a person's mobility greatly in their later years, that's why I pretty much walk or bike everywhere now.Walking is underrated exercise. My grandparents used to walk together for a couple of miles every day and my grandfather stayed mobile until he unfortunately broke his hip at 89 and my grandmother is almost 100 and we just had to put her in a wheelchair full time last year.
