Out here in my damn drawls
I reread it and it still is true.

You understand what being a nerd requires since you know unapologetic nerds who get women as said by yourself. :sas2:

What I was clearly saying is that guys that are considered "nerdy" or geeky don't have to do anything more that I have to do as a "regular" brotha

How much more game are they forced to have other than washing, socializing and whatever else I wrote?

I maintain that they don't have to do anything special in order to approach black girls and women

The thing is that in our current predicament if we let black men and women be kids in their 20s the black community will fall.

I'm talking early 20s. I don't expect a 21 year old to be looking for a man or woman with a mortgage and a 401k.

I just don't believe this... I think you would have to qualify what constitutes as effort.

-Going out often
-Working on one's appearance
-Working on one's game
-Working on one's financial standing

etc etc.

You make it seem like a bum ass nikka is gonna come thru and take a girl away from a social nerd who has everything else I mentioned above going for him.

I never see that shyt in real life.
Getting these women to look past your nerdy interests is a big step that normal black men dont have to go through.

All of that you mention is what they and you both do but the step I mention is something that they go through that you dont.

Which makes it more effort on their part to get women.

which conversation? in pm or public. yes my " break glass in case of emergency" is an anesthesiologist, i think he's pretty nerdy and the other one was a software developer, many hours wasted watching him play boring azz video games. i just have never denied that i also have dated what you would call "undesirables" and i havent dated "regular" 9-5 black men.
Oh cuz I swore from our last convo about good black men you told me that in your experience you havent met any.

Me, myself and I
If they were more well known and out there, life would be that much better. This topic wouldn't even exist.
Noone is stopping you from seeking them out. Well known how? Do you want them to have an IG? FB? so you can find them? Then you'd complain that nerds, too, were getting too much attention.

Too much whining going on here. Especially for someone who claimed to get alot of girls because he was tall and light skinned.

They do actually, they have to get the black women in question to ignore their nerdy interests. Its an extra step they have to take that normal dudes dont.

Its a big step that adds to what they have to do to get said women.

I'm talking early 20s. I don't expect a 21 year old to be looking for a man or woman with a mortgage and a 401k.
Yet when they have kid which is usually around that age it would be beneficial for them to be mature.

The bold is what i'm asking too breh.
Can some brehettes replay to this question?

If a guy approaches you and you find out he has nerdy hobbies/occupation, do you raise your standards for what he has to bring to the table? :ohhh:

The strange thing about this is the fact that many of peoples problems with finding a suitable partner could be avoided if they simply were interested in people they had things in common with. People care too much about what others think instead of simply being themselves. Why would a woman that wants to marathon documentaries, Harry Potter and Game of Thrones want a "thug"? This woman took until her 30's to finally think for herself instead of relying on society and entertainment to decide what she's attracted to? If she simply accepted who she was from the start and could think for herself then she would have figured out what she wanted a long time ago. People come off as idiots many times since they can't even grasp the concept of attraction and really can't even think for themselves.

I don't understand why people in this society obsess about nerds and thugs anyway. What about the range in between? Every one doesn't fit into a nerd or thug category. Every time these type of discussions are done it's the same things being said. "Nerds want instathots instead of women on their level" How do you know? I'm sure all of these nerds aren't going for those type of women but whatever. Offline there's more options than just nerds, thugs and instagram models but that seems to be all I hear about online.

Can we dig deeper on this. What are nerdy interest?:jbhmm:

I went to a nerdy school for computer engineering
-I build servers for fun/money
-I write short stories and poetry
-I do digital art as my biggest hobby
-I write java applets and powershell scripts to make my work life easier
-I listen to classical music when I code

Are these nerdy interest? :patrice:

No women I have ever talked to has seen these as a turnoff. Maybe its because its not ALL that I do, I also go to basketball/football games, go out to eat, go out to party, go to concerts, etc.

I dunno what to tell you. Maybe one day a girl will come up to me and say "You like to draw? ewwwww fakkit :scust:"

The moral of the story...stay in your lane. The reality is that females have way more to lose by not doing so though. "Bu...bu...but guys do it" is the worst fallacy ever perpetrated and far too many females buy it.

Well the a lot of black men I've come in contact with are or at least try to exude a thuggish demeanor. It's actually kind of funny I live no where near the hood yet so many of these bm I come in contact with try and portray themselves with this image. From my observation is say about 25 percent of black men in my area don't have that I don't give a fukk mentality and More times than not aren't prosperous in their relationship with the opposite sex of the same race.

Because they're fake, corny and they go by what they are conditioned to think black men are like and what black women want

They see a black chick and they try to morph into a "Tyrone" or whatever, and they aren't getting play

If they took the time and talked face to face with black chicks, they might find out that she's interested in some of the same shyt

Coulda had a chick interested in esotericism or some other wild geeky shyt like him, but he went and played himself trying to come at her like she was a thot :francis:

The only way to get a better perspective of someone is to actually talk to them instead of just being prejudice and lurking in the cut looking hungry
