Tony Khan literally gave this man his own show, booking privileges and a title reign only to piss it all away and become a blade runner for Papa H. He doing the Troy Ave Money dance right now

shyt is hilarious thinking about how this miserable rat face asshead wearing sleazy car salesmen suits and taking Ls, when years ago dude had everything a wrestler could possibly want.

It's like Stockholm syndrome with ex WWE wrestlers that crawl back to the same place they were miserable in.

I'm saying this as a Punk fan but I think it all comes down to his ego. He's always tried to be a locker room leader, and it's failed everywhere he's gone (ROH, multiple times in his first WWE run and AEW). The Young Bucks called Punk to join AEW from the jump, but he said no because he wanted to wait and see. Then when AEW was hitting its stride with Omega/Hangman, he decided to come in & give unsolicited advice to some of the guys in the locker room. Obviously it didn't go over well.

All of these NXT kids look up to Punk because they grew up as kids when Punk was at his hottest. In the case of the women, they stanned his wife. It's what he always wanted. The funny thing is while inflating his ego with the younger locker room, Triple H is making him embarrass himself by doing things he's publicly stood against :mjlol:

Meh besides the Saudi thing, hes mostly slotted pretty high on the card and taking protected Ls. And if that Netflix show tells us anything he seems to be getting a weird kick of working his own losses.

The suit thing constantly is a bit much but I'll wait till where hes at on WM 42 to see if hes really getting pushed around like people say lol:lupe:

unrelated to whatever shyt going on now, I been rewatching the Punk vs Jeff Hardy feud on youtube

2009 smackdown was kind of good compared to whatever the fukk was going on on RAW

definitely one of the better periods in the company (at least for one brand) from that 2006-2011 period
