I guess the lil 1 year old kid who was killed in Chicago last year was apart of the game, or the elderly women or man who can't even sit on there stoop in the summertime in certain neighborhoods without the fear of getting hit with a stray because young stupid nikkas who can't shoot are apart of the gameBlack killing blacks is a problem, but this is a political problem, a deep-rooted problem which was created by the oppression from the white people.
However black on black violence is usually about people playing the game, if you are in the game you accept the rules and risks that come with it. (although you most likely don't cause you are just drawn into the game due to poverty, just being a kid, ignorance created by a rigged system).
But without going any deeper, if you are in the game and get murked it's on you. Now if you're a normal kid just walking down your street minding your own business and you get harassed, beaten, shot etc.. That's not on you, therefore the outrage.

I'm done entertaining this thread though.
