nikka. Slavery. Don't be dense.
Bernie speaks to issues from 1865? Or 2016? Be specific. Stop engaging low brow arguments.

Seriously? The racial and gender pay gap been in existence, not to mention racist employment practices.
There are already laws in place...you realize this right? The only other option is the government mandating who gets hired where. We're approaching that being the only option.

Probably. There are always people who want shyt but don't want to do shyt for it or refuse to do what it takes to participate in the economic system.
But you call this inequality?

why would wages go up with productivity?

This is a ridiculous question. If people are producing more wealth, it should be shared more broadly. Median wage should go up. The only wages that have kept up with productivity growth are for senior managers and CEOs. I wonder why?

You said productivity...not wealth.

Big difference.

And wealth predominates in industries that:

1. make money (obviously)
2. Its employees are more skilled and demand more money on account of the assets they bring to the company by way of education or experience.

More productivity = more growth = more wealth. This is not really debatable.

Prior to Reagan revolution, productivity kept up with median wages and not just the highest wages. This is the main reason that has led to inequality. Even Hillary Clinton agrees.
