Rooney's don't operate that way. They will give the coach freedom over his staff, especially after he is established .
I can see them. I renewing his contract before stripping him of responsibilities.

Tomlin fans talk all that shyt about Cowher, and Tomlin is just the black version of him. Lol. Except Tomlin won with the talent Cowher had with LaBeau, but with his own staff and on his own he hasn't done shyt. I felt like he should have stepped down a few seasons ago. Take a year off, do TV, and then take another job with a team with a young QB. Imagine him in Chicago or he could've had the Washington job when they were going to select Daniels.

He's a gift and a curse in Pittsburgh because they over perform which doesn't get them a high enough pick to land the next franchise QB.

He's too loyal and committed so he's not seeing that a new team would be best for him. I don't want him fired but he needs a new situation. If they let him go he immediately moves to the top of the list. The Chicago job is his. There's some teams who would fire their coach tomorrow just to get him.
