Lol, no one gives a fukk about his worthless ass losing season record when it comes to a premier franchise like the Steelers.
The Steelers are about winning titles, that's the level their franchise is on, like the cowboys, patriots , chiefs, Packers z and etc.

I don't give a fukk that Tomlin picks shytty QBs that's a Tomlin problem. He is mediocre as hell as a head coach

I'm not going to live my life and see folks shyt on my favorite coach marry shottenheimer for just winning 12 games a fukking season but Tomlin gets a pass for being one better than Jeff fukking fisher
asinine comparison
marty is respected
jeff has ruined careers
neither has a superbowl or has made multiple super bowls

is tomlin the goat or something? no

but in a league where we see many good coaches (i.e., harbaugh/shanahan) not get the ring and many others do countless dumb shyt (the other harbaugh) or just be trash altogether...mediocre is not the word you use

lol also part of being a great coach is winning in the playoffs when you’re not supposed to. Like upsetting another team, particularly on the road. Even bad or mediocre coaches have these types of wins.

It seems as if Tomlins teams win exactly when they are supposed to and always lose when they are.

Lol, Marty didn't win more games constantly on a franchise that never won a super bowl and I'm supposed to believe that it's asinine to compare the talk of winning seasons that Tomlin used to cover himself with the Steelers as being not comparable to what Marty did with his 12 win season streak that was deemed not good enough for the chargers. Stop it

If you are going to tell me Tomlin should get a pass because he never had a losing season, then you are telling me he should get a pass because he won 1 more game per season than Mr. 8/8 fisher if that's the low bar you have for Tomlin great. Just know that's a low bar

it doesnt matter

you win one and you are insulated from that kinda talk.

thats just the way it is and you know it. andy reid caught the same flack on the eagles. he left, won in KC and all that shyt was deaded. even doug pedersen on the jags. he won one...ppl still consider him a good coach off the strength.

same goes for QBs and NBA star players too. its the difference between James harden and Kevin Durant. Giannis and Joel Embiid...that one single ring. Nothing else matters lol

The Steelers had a good season overall and far better than what people expected after signing Russ and trading for Fields. Yet, for them, it still seems like a disappointing end to the season despite originally not having any championship expectations.
When you lose five straight games to end the season including being completely manhandled by a division rival, it's definitely going to be considered a disappointment.

He hasn't won for 16 years now
As for the insulation, gruden won with dungys guys the way Tomlin won with cowers guys. How long did that insulate gruden in Tampa Bay? McCarthy in green bag, Payton in New Orleans, belli in patriots

Tomlin has had the longest grace period for a title win I have ever seen

Harbaugh was on the hot seat quicker and he has had more playoff success than Tomlin.

Why when it comes to Tomlin you start rambling about everything else in the world instead of his consistent failure

Corner of 125th
Omar Khan been with the steelers since 2001

So nobody going to bring up his tenure and his ability as well as others to find QBs

Look how Sean Payton skip out on the saints when they refused to go out and draft/pick up a successor to brees

The Jags with Blake bortles when they went into Pittsburgh and Beat Mike Tomlin

Unfortunately for the Steelers, the Jaguars are that team that just have their number, no matter what. :francis: @3Rivers

Look how Sean Payton skip out on the saints when they refused to go out and draft/pick up a successor to brees

They had a chance at Brees's successor. :francis:

And he is currently in B-More. :mjcry:

Instead of drafting him, they decided to pick injury-prone "Mr. 2 1sts". :smh: :snoop:
