Why don't you address the fact that white folks have been the largest consumers of hip hop since it's inception.
They didn't invade shyt, you just started realizing they've been around as long as you have.
It's those complicated, delusional white dudes.
They immerse themselves in black culture.Dress like nikkaz, talk like nikkaz, may have grew up/hung around nikkaz/ dated a few black girls.
They claim to hate the "system" more than black folks do.Mentally and spiritually, they feel black
But they always have that lil inkling of insecurity because when they go look in the mirror, they see a white guy staring back at them.
Then when nikkaz start speaking out about the "white invasion of hip hop", of course, that shyt's not going to sit easy with them. You fukking with their identity.
And since the internet is convenient and cloaked in anonymity, it's easy for them to have a place to hide themselves where they can reveal themselves.
This subject is taboo to cats like that.
It's way more deeper and complicated than that. The new generation is easily programmable.Social media just made the propaganda machine more potent. They put the squeeze on society and made it to where parents have to work all day and neglect their children.
The ironic thing, "neglect" is how rich white kids got into hip hop in the first place. Some rich parents neglect their children by getting caught up in their careers. When you suffer neglect as a kid, the first reaction is to rebel. It was probably a different form of "neglect" than what Demetrius from the hood experienced(nikkaz lost parents to drugs and gang violence), but neglect is neglect, nonetheless.
So when Pac, Cube, Public Enemy is giving off them "rebellious" vibes, them same rich white kids are going to genuinely feel a connection to that.
And even the poor, "trailer trash" segment of white folks feel the neglect(and the effects of poverty) and can relate to Pac saying "fukk THE WORLD" or "My stomach hurts, so I'm looking for a purse to snatch"
Beyond that, there's still no excuse for the bullshyt they're dropping in the mainstream.Even the white people who genuinely love hip hop will tell you this shyt is wack. They normally are pretty conscious of what's going on.
It's this new generation of wiggers who get defensive about this shyt. They have a superficial, shallow understanding of hip hop because they was raised on the new wack shyt.
The older generation of white people who were into hip hop during the golden age(I'll say '85-'96) have a more profound understanding about what it is they love about hip hop
How about we just not watch the VMAs, why df are grown ass men watching that shyt
nikkas tuning into the VMAs and expanding a tribe called quest to perform with Rakim winning a humanitarian award![]()
can u please explain who yall are so focus on what others do?
why are yall so focus on music these other people listen to?
because thats all this thread about is biitching about what others are listening to.
when yall have free will to pay it no attention by never listening to it.
but yall would rather continue whining about Macklemore and these other artist whom yall say yall never listen to.
why are yall focus on people yall claim yall never listen to?

First off I never attempted to be a rapper. Never wrote a song nor have I performed 1. When Riff Raff starts getting more spins than real rappers you'll understand.i sense alot of disgruntled black emcees who never made it outside of there highschool talent show.. just cause Mrs. Hunkleberry thinks you have some dope rhymes doesnt mean you are gonna blow alright...
macklemore is prolly the only white emcee i literally hate...
Iggy is wack but blame T.I for her...
so when Bronson blows or gets more popular the racial hate will fall down on him to..
because its ok to be a white emcee.. just dont get any recognition or get on t.v... then the hate comes
thishomo agenda about to become a big part of hip hop.
