Everyone has yet to address my comment a few pages back that this is way overhyped. Paul wall bubba macklemore Asher Roth all never saw a second album plaque. Mac miller mgk yelawolf rittz action Bronson never saw an album plaque period.

No one race invented rock music. There were black and white artists doing rock at the same time when rock first started.
Infiltrated was the wrong word though. My point I was trying to get across was rock is generally seen as a white-dominated genre, but some of the greatest rock artists are black.

Black folk stop innovating because we care about what others think about our creativity too much. In a way, a lot of social factors destroyed our ability to create a new genre. Hip Hop been around for 40 years and now we just getting started with the CAC invasion.
