The problem with that theory is that NBA continuously campaigns with these mottos that the talent is getting so widely available these days, helping them with their globalization process. It's like he's saying all this in front of a screen, & the screen behind him is directly contradicting every word. Even in a league historically built on super teams, we got more super super teams than ever before. It's just hard listening to Silver's BS these days I'd say. Silver also loves the jump shooting era which is why I can't fukk wit him
Stern was a real one I think.
Well how is he wrong?
The Cavs and the Warriors are the best teams right now.
But so were the Lakers and Celtics.
And Bulls and Pistons
And on and on.

This is just a cycle.
The Durant thing aside, games still have to be played. Guys improve. Guys get hurt. Things change. And they will.
It's no foregone conclusion that GS will win the next 4 or 5 titles, or that CLE will face them in each year....though they'll probably be in the running.

LeBron's playing well on offense, but he isn't doing a damn thing on defense. All he's more or less doing is resting.
He has to. We saw what happens when he goes to the bench at the end of the first. -10 in less than 1:30. Cavs could be up double digits right now if they didn't go 10-0 to end the 1st quarter.
