I've been taking some grad classes as a non-matriculated/non-degree seeking grad student to make myself look competitive for grad school. On Wednesday, one of my professors said I was really good and that I should apply to the program. He sits on the grad committee and he said he'd recommend me. 
This is exactly what I wanted, but how do I explain my
undergrad grades? I have a bunch of C's, plus two upper division classes I failed and had to retake.

How easy is it? I dont want to take college algebra
It's not really math, as to say. It's just remembering and applying the formulas
easy. But I think college alegbra and trig might be easier. I remember learning a shyt load of formulas and doing tons of hw.
But college algebra was dope.
