If I couldn't find them through other means () then I'd go to Amazon. One dude in my class found a used book for a penny. Not the norm but you never know.

I just realized you said grad school but the same principle should apply, however you might encounter a situation where your professor is the author and it's only sold by the school or a single vendor.

Luckily none of the books were written by my professor, Amazon has them so much cheaper to rent than my school, I'm talking $40-$80 cheaper, I just never used Amazon to rent books or actually never used the site at all

I'm not paying for it. In my city NSA does pretty well. Seems like a good deal to me.

My buddy who graduated from there with the same degree I'm getting told me he wasted his time there. Also CSI is too far for me at this point.
