i came to understand Dame, but; he was trollin Just hard

The thing is Dame went on 10 for his artists. Can't ever fault that. If you can, you're probably not a successful business man.


Also saying he had a roster of tough artists and he was the boss. He's in the company of killers and ex cons and dealers on a daily basis. Just Blaze just had to stay in the room and make beats. He had the opportunity to be soft. Dame on the other hand had to be SUPER TOUGH with everyone. I like how he explained that. You're puss if u can't understand that.


And Yes, Just came off as still soft and sensitive. He wore a fake jersey and had a rhinestone belt in his hand. I'm from the hood. Cats never forget little stuff like that and will snap on you forever. You gotta brush it off or else they will eat you alive. Just ain't grow up around that, that's why he ain't know how to brush it off and take the power out of it. By being mad and feeding into it, you become food. Peeped Dame saying "sorry i hurt your feelings" LOL!!!!

Wow....Dame pulled the inner scorned little boy out of Just Blaze. Dont think I can look at Just Blaze the same ever again.

I don't think dame was an alpha, because if you know you have people working fo ryou, and your the boss, you make sure your people are happy. If they aren't they can fukk your shyt up, and keep it moving. When you fall off, they will make sure you can't come back. Dame ego was so big, that he couldn't help build up other people without shytting on them. I bet if they did that to him, he would be hating them. He's like a big child.

If anything Jay was the Alpha because he played the game right.

Totally disagree with this....This is seriously unrealistic. If you have a boss its not his job to make sure u are happy. its the bosses job to make sure the employee knows his job.....If u have a boss that means you applied for a job and knew what u were getting into before hand. It is not the drill sergents job to make a new recruit happy. In the movie The Devil Wears Prada the skinny white girl knew that she was jumping into a stressful job. It wasn't Meryl Streeps job to make the skinny white girl happy.
