Came in to post this. This is a picture near my grandma's house. It's as country as can be, but you would never think it's less than 20 min away from a major city

Rather live in something spacious in the city or urban area like this near my house : 3-4 levels of spacious luxury with the benefits of the city.. and city life.

Man I get all nervous if it's too quiet. Plus the whole 'no neighbors' thing would have me shook. I ain't trying to be out there by my lonesome. That said I get some of the appeal of smaller towns. But I'm in a city now of 100k, really in between 2 cities of 100k and they both feel small to me. Can drive from one end to the other in 10 mns . Spent my whole life up to 22 in cities where you never actually left the city, just went to a different part.
