Gentrification wouldn't happen if the hoods was safe. Imagine if gangs and drug dealers weren't shooting spots up. Blacks would stay in those neighborhoods. I would go buy a house on the Southside Chicago right now


Educated blacks are taking their families to safe neighborhoods where they don't have to worry about getting shot, have good schools, etc.

I understand what you saying, but I don't agree with you. I think there's more Pro Blacks that want to live amongst blacks but there just aren't many areas for us to congregate. Everybody not trying to move to or can't move to ATL, Texas, and the DMV.

Same thing with black businesses. We'd support black businesses if there were more, I know I try to support black businesses. The problem comes in with 1) Few black businesses in close proximity and 2) Every race is taking over our neighborhoods. Though I do agree, I remember a thread where black women were trying to get weave from a racist Asian beauty supply store.

I opened my front door to let some fresh air in, fell asleep and woke up with the door still open. And I don't live in Atlanta or Texas, and even though I'm in Virginia I'm not in the area considered DMV, I'm a out 2 hours from Northern Virginia.

And there aren't more black businesses because of the mindset we have. If You automatically assume the worst about black people then you're less inclined to invest in it. Meanwhile middle easterners and other groups see straight dollar signs. They don't invest in our people they take the money and run.

The way you're talking there's no way to solve this without someone coming to save us. It's that attitude that has allowed us to be bled dry of our wealth and power for years.

I don't think it's that they consciously wanna live around whites it's that, like you were doing earlier, they equate white neighborhoods as "safe" and "good" living around black people is "hood" and "dangerous"

You can be pro black and still have that self hate ingrained in your subconscious. Have you ever witnessed the visceral reaction to a group of young black men just hanging out minding their own business. Even black people give them the side eye. They could be the nicest, most polite young men ever, but people are trained to think they're up to no good.

And there's also people that turn militant after growing up thinking they were better than other black people and were accepted by white people. Then got older and realized their white friends weren't as close to them as they thought. Or got older and turned conservative. Their exterior shows pro black, but on the inside it's like a scorned lover.

Black people are 13% of the population

Not ADOS. "Black people" includes other types of Black people besides ADOS

Lets go with 13%

That leaves 87% for the rest

So even if you divide the remaining group into FOUR parts

87 / 4 = roughly 22%

22% is approaching 2 x 13%

So not only could we not really overthrow the other two parties, you could divide those into to two and have 4 parties... and we still only have half enough people to go against any of them

Maybe you can break the other parties into four parts for a total of 9 parties... We can maybe outvote ONE of the other 8

But you think a 3rd party dedicated to Reparations for ADOS will grow large enough to outvote the remainder of the country? The way things are now?

Did you read the part about laws being made by candidates? Which is: candidates cannot make laws
