This lieutenant witness is clearly showing that Chauvin used deadly force that was not proportional to the threat he was under, particularly considering George Floyd was cuffed and in prone position. I honestly can't see how Chauvin can escape culpability. The defence are gonna have to show that some other factor caused his death rather than the knee and I don't think it's possible to do so.
