He's nailed to the cross on racketeering. The $100,000 he bribed the hotel workers for the tape and used his company employees to facilitate the deal?
In the eyes of the law for that to be a “bribe” they have to prove to the jury that Diddy knew of impending charges for the assault or that he knew the security guard was gonna go to police.

At the time of the payment no police were involved so it’s up to the prosecution to prove diddy made that payment in a criminal way.

NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
He definitely was, but there were rumors before that. And the timing was right because the #MeToo stuff was starting to happen.

RKelly shyt was gonna happen with or without Vince Staples

Katt Williams went after everyone and some of the stuff he said about the business and some other people was inaccurate, and Puff was already known to be a weirdo/dirty.
Yea I’m only speaking on the Hannibal shyt cause yea there def was rumors prior but Hannibal blew that shyt up something crazy. The others is def a reach.

Why is everyone ignoring the fact they're still trying him for racketeering :dead: They didn't really have any evidence for the other crimes other than testimony. The kidnapping charge was based almost entirely on Capricorn Clark - no one elses testimony really stood up as being held against their will places. The arson was based entirely on the Cudi situation. They tried to use stories like Cassie seeing people leave the house with guns to suggest he was a mob boss.

He's nailed to the cross on racketeering though. . The $100,000 he bribed the hotel workers for the tape and used his company employees to facilitate the deal? The shyt with Cassie's parents? Threatening to leak "Jane's" videos? Bribing, extortion. The bag of drugs he has his employees carry around for him? Drug trafficking.
By definition, it isn’t a bribe because law enforcement wasn’t involved. Second, Diddy was approached about the footage not vice versa. That’s extortion more than anything.

Y’all want this to stick so bad, it hurts. Them dropping those charges weakened their credibility but they had no choice but to jump on those land mines.

So what are they going to argue? Also how did Gina do that interview a few years ago exposing him for abusing her with no blowback from him? Did she testify?

I think that Katt Williams interview ramped it up as well. I noticed a pattern with these cases usually a comedian makes a joke about a black celeb it goes viral on social media then the feds step in

Cosby had Hannibal burress
R Kelly had Vince staples
Diddy had katt williams

Maybe I’m reaching

You conspiracy theorists will Reed Richards reach for ANYTHING to deny personal accountability of these evil ass millionaires….

Let me guess. Jerry Seinfeld made an offhand joke about Tory Lanez and that was the greenlight for the feds to get him right…

On top of that the security demanded more money from puff. That's actually them extorting puff.

Are y'all slow? KK contacted them for the video and put Puff on the phone. The security guard said he'd give it to them for the 50K. Puff then doubled it to 100K when they made the drop off on his own. There was no testimony that said they demanded more money. Y'all are thinking about the initially security guarding demanding money for the damage to the room and vase and shyt that Puff broke.

She was actually listed as victim #3.

Federal prosecutors are taking a big gamble with one of their star witnesses in Diddy's sex trafficking trial, because the woman they call "Victim 3" has always made it clear she does NOT want to testify ... TMZ has learned.

During jury selection this week, lead prosecutor Maurene Comey admitted the feds do not know whether the alleged victim -- one of Diddy's ex-girlfriends -- intends to appear in court to testify against him. Comey said the woman does not live locally, there's an issue getting in touch with her attorney ... and she may not even show up to court despite a subpoena.

Our sources with direct knowledge say the woman has never cooperated with prosecutors, and never gave them an indication she would be willing to take the stand during the trial.
