The prosecution is going to have a harder time finding cases to justify the sentence they want. It really only needs to be 2 years total with time served, and the judge letting him know that if he gets caught up again he's going to get the book thrown at him.

They‘re not going to have a hard time. It doesn’t exist. The judge knew he had guidelines and wasn't going to risk his career to coddle the prosecution or the slanted media. Puff has no priors.
This letter is his cop out so the public dont have a backlash against him. It is going to be well, the prosecution couldn’t find a precedent so it is on them. Which is fair because he didn’t bring the case to court to begin with. It was them.

What’s not talked about enough is all the freak off tapes presented as evidence in the trial were from Cassie’s computer.
The prosecution wont have a precedent to go off. They will try to include prior bad acts or conduct from the trial. However the defense does have a precedent to NOT include prior bad acts or misconduct during trial.

The judge is damaging controlling himself, he has put in the letter that Puff is category 1. Which is sentencing someone with a clean record. The supreme court decision favors the defense. Puff about to walk October 3rd. "Release date bigger than mandelas".
