Pirating has been around for decades and it looks like more and more developers keep putting games on there. Western gaming about to be cooked at those prices.

It’s about to crash with inflation, layoffs left right and centre triple AAA budgets through the roof shyt is not sustainable now tarriffs . Like I said western gaming bout to be cooked. Eastern Gaming is a different story they seem to thriving with low budget anime games and gacha shyt.

I remember back on Nov 10th & 12th 2020, sitting up until after midnight for both the X and PS5 to drop. Shyt was so exciting going to the store and picking them up.

Had to help a lot of homies get consoles because them shyts would be gone in seconds.

I get tariffs and shyt, but jacking up the price towards the end of a life cycle is weird. Xboxes ain't moving like that...seems like a good way to cover up the declining sales. This generation feels kinda weak tbh.

People gonna be much more selective with their time/money and the games they play. Also expect more consumers to go with Used games, accessories, and things like that

GameStop could make some serious headway if they're smart about it. GME bros could finally get their short squeeze

This is why you don't buy digital unless it's a game you KNOW you'd never sell. Used market finna get hot....but resellers gotta price it in a way that makes sense. Can't be $80 for new and $67.99 for used.

This is how I see it. They basically pushing more people to buy they games on PC and PS5 because no one buys games on it because of gamepass.
