My dude Charles was so talented. He really needed a better team around him for his mental health issues and quality control. Dude went from homeless and about to OD to signing to Interscope at 18/19. I was a heavy CH stan back in that 2007-2009 era. Really unique producer as well, a lot of misses, but when he came correct...






I remember when he dropped that Charles Hamilton is Back single and thought he was gonna get on track. Normalcy & 10 things I Hate About Me were pretty solid. Then he went off the rails again. His shelved This Perfect Life debut was pretty damn good imo.​

Charles Hamilton is a Dilla and Kanye clone with middling talent whose claim to fame is social retardation and videogame references.

He isn't particularly amazing as a rapper.
He's whatever as a producer and has no single product that shows he's even in the tier of the guys he emulates let alone better than the peers he debuted with.

I had every tape this guy produced.
I played Well this isn't awkward, Pink Lavalamp and a several other projects more than I care to admit.

He gets a lot of star inflation on here but reality speaks for itself.
