It's simple at this point : ask yourself if you want to have kids and to create a family.
1) If you don't want kids and wants to live that casanova lifestyle till your 50's (and to be honest most of you will fail at that because it's not viable way of life), you don't have to worry about turning 30.
2) If you want to have kids and to create a family. You need to settle down at 30. At least you need to find a chick to do it. Don't wait to be in your 40's to find a woman and to have your first kid. At that pont, you won't find a 25 yo without kids, except if you're an exceptional guy, things that most of you aren't. You'll have bitter woman in their 30's with difficulties to gobe birth, divorcees and single mom. Even in the case you find a woman with no kids in her mid 20's, having your first kid at that age is a bad move itself. You're supposed to grow up with your kids and to enjoy their presence, not to be their grandpa.

If you're 30 marrying a 30 yo woman is dumb move, since you have access to 23+ women.
